I enjoy organizing and interior design. I can say this is truly my passion. If you are from the Caribbean, then you already know that Saturdays are clean up days (my favorite day). Being the only girl child, my mother kept me very close to her side in her attempt to make sure I would be a “great wife” someday. As I became older, I assume the responsibility of making sure our home was in order. It brought me great pleasure. I knew where every stocking, t-shirt, sock even important documents were, and my family relied on me to keep things organized and secured. I was the mastermind behind functionality at home. When I began to visit the homes of my busy elder friends and family members, I would occasionally find myself casually arranging things and offering to organize their closets and pantries. The most satisfying feeling came when I saw the huge smiles and shocking looks on their faces when they discovered an organized closet, cleaned kitchen and many decluttered miscellaneous items drawers. One day a simple conversation with a friend planted a seed in my mind. I am proud to say that, that conversation left the room. Master The Mess has been two years in the making and I can finally organize as much homes as I can and bring joy to many homes across the Turks and Caicos and eventually the world.
